Starboard offers two ways to sweat and reconnect. Community Saunas are local drop-in sessions — come and go at your own pace, no rush. Public Events happen at events hosted by others, where Starboard sets up as a mobile sanctuary. At both, expect recovery tools, spring water, sea salt, local honey, and our team on deck to support your experience.
